Prosci's return policy is 100% customer satisfaction or your money back. You are not required to provide a reason for the return.

1. When the product is returned by the customer to Prosci, the customer will be refunded 100% of the product price as long as the initial request to refund the product is received within 30 days of receipt of the material by the customer.

2. Restocking fees: restocking fees only apply on certain marked product and will only be charged when the customer is notified of this policy prior to purchase or when the restocking fee was clearly indicated during the purchase process.

3. Shipping fees: shipping fees are not refundable unless Prosci shipped the wrong product to the customer. In that case, shipping fees are fully refundable. Customers who ordered via the web must provide a copy of their confirmation page (provided by the web server for all orders) that indicates the product they ordered. If different than the product shipped, then a correct product will be sent out and all shipping charges will be refunded.
