Team Training

Option 1 - Self-paced resources ($867 per project plus shipping)

See Toolkits for a complete self-paced program; includes assessments, templates, planning guides and detailed guidelines for your project ($867 includes Project Planning Toolkit, Reengineering Design Toolkit and Business Case Toolkit, shipping not included).

Option 2 - On-line, instructor-led distance learning ($1695)

6 week program, 60 minutes per week. Includes complete instruction on Project Planning, Reengineering Design and Business Case Toolkit. Students required to do 2 hours of homework between each session. Call 970-203-9332 to schedule dates and times or email training@prosci.com 

Option 3 - Open-enrollment public session in Colorado
                   ($1900 tuition, lodging not included)

4 day BPR program. Requires 2 hours of pre-course work by students and 2 evening activities. The session is held at Peaceful Valley Ranch - a great vacation destination - in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, 20 miles from Estes Park.

Option 4 - Standard on-site training (~$1600 per person for class size of 12 plus expenses)

4-day BPR and process design programs for class sizes of 6 to 20. Call 970-203-9332 for scheduling information. Requires 2 hours of pre-course work by students and 1 evening activity. Price per person dependent on group size.
