The Training Success Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of logistical processes and client preparation for programs delivered at our clients’ sites. This includes pre-program communications with clients and account managers; updating Salesforce; inputting NAV production orders, and event details for Master Instructors and Training Managers. The position is also responsible for new related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Position Objectives

  • Liaison to clients, account managers, and delivery team to put logistical arrangements in place to ensure successfully run programs and accurately maintained Prosci records
  • Support client to successfully prepare for Prosci-delivered training and advisory services
  • Ensure quality client data by updating and maintaining Salesforce events, accounts and contacts
  • Maintain and further positive relationships with clients

Position Responsibilities

  • Execute all Salesforce inputs and reporting for each program
  • Manage the gathering of information from client pre-program such as shipping addresses, onsite contacts, travel instructions, participant lists, projects, survey responses, etc.
  • Coordinate logistical prep using Dynamics NAV (make sure we have the right materials and teaching aids in the right place at the right time)
  • Continuous and strategic improvement of current internal and external oral and written communications
  • Continuous and strategic improvement of processes and workflows
  • Facilitate client onsite coordinator’s ability to prepare participants and sponsors for successful onsite programs
  • Provide accurate and timely information to delivery team for standard programs and custom client engagements
  • Facilitate delivery team’s timely communications with client onsite contact and program sponsor
  • Provide a positive, timely response to customer requests, consulting with account manager when necessary (phone and e-mail)
  • Facilitate data collection and complete data analysis for sponsor briefings

  • 2 or more years working in a service-oriented industry
