The winners of the future will be those who can out-change the competition and the market. Organizational agility is a strategic imperative for organizations facing a rapidly changing environment. With an ever increasing velocity of change and greater demand to achieve expected results, organizations that go beyond simply talking about agility and actually work to build this crucial core competency will set themselves apart. In this webinar we will explore: why change agility is critical, how you can identify your strengths and weaknesses, and ways to improve.

Are your sights set on building a more change-capable organization, but you keep running into the capability “buts”? I want to build change capability… but my organization isn’t ready. But I don’t have a sponsor. But I’m not sure where to start. Building capability doesn’t have to mean doing more or new things, but rather extending what you already do with the intention of capability. Reframe your day-to-day change activities into “capability catalysts” and identify your daily opportunities to influence change maturity. We’ll explore five categories of capability strategy—leadership, project, skill, structure, and process—and see examples from real organizations’ strategies in each category.

For nearly twenty years, Prosci has been conducting change management research to identify benchmarks and best practices for leading the people side of change (and the 10th Best Practices in Change Management study is now open!) As the discipline matures, the core of this body of knowledge has stabilized, and well-established findings guide many practitioners’ change management work. But with every study, this research has expanded into new topic areas and shed light on the most innovative applications of change management. This webinar will examine the new topics explored in the most recent Best Practices in Change Management study (including cultural adaptation, change agent networks, and vertical industry impact) and how you can apply these findings to your work.

As a change professional, being attuned to the change management discipline allows you to stay at the top of your game. The change management discipline has grown, evolved and matured significantly over the past several decades, and Prosci has been tracking the evolution of the discipline through best practices and benchmarking research. (In fact, the 10th Best Practices in Change Management study is now open!) This webinar will explore the most recent developments that emerged in the research and what trends change professionals are expecting in the coming years. You will reflect on your own experience and how the discipline’s trends can impact and support your change management work.
