This program is designed for change management professionals who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their organization, or those who are looking to train others in change management.

To qualify for the Train-the-Trainer Program, you must have attended Prosci Change Management Certification within 24 months. Our Train-the-Trainer course builds on the understanding of Prosci’s change management certification experience and teaches you how to recreate unforgettable learning experiences inside your own organization.

  • Review key learning modules and facilitation recommendations
  • Practice facilitating select learning modules in front of the class and instructors
  • Receive feedback and recommendations for improving delivery
  • Craft a training delivery strategy to guide your implementation of change management training following the program

Programs You Will Learn to Teach:

Change Management Practitioner Program

In this three-day program, participants learn how to apply Prosci’s holistic change management methodology and tools, including the Prosci ADKAR® Model, to a real project.

Change Management Program for Managers

This one-day program builds change competency in managers by defining their role in change and providing practical frameworks for effectively leading their employees through change.

Change Management Sponsor Briefing

This half-day program for executives focuses on the critical connection between sponsorship, change management and business results. Executives will understand their role in change and be better prepared to position the organization for change success.

Change Management Employee Orientation

Using the Prosci ADKAR Model, this one-day program empowers frontline employees with THE framework and skills to lead themselves through change. Employees will walk away better able to communicate about change and with a vision for being proactive change agents.

Delivering Project Results: Change Management Workshop for Project Managers

This half-day workshop will help your project leaders understand the importance of change management in meeting their project’s objectives and open the opportunity for more effective integration and partnership. Participants will identify impacted employee groups, connect employee adoption to their project’s results and outcomes, and learn how change management drives better adoption and results. Please note, you can learn how to facilitate this workshop via eLearning following your Train-the-Trainer Program.

Course Materials

1. Prosci Train-the-Trainer Facilitator Guides

 You will receive a facilitator’s guide that includes key messages, activity directions, timing considerations and how to prepare for each program. Appendices to the guides include additional information and the slides from each program.

2. Prosci Train-the-Trainer Support Site

The site is your ongoing resource and provides access to slide decks, facilitator tips and tricks, specialized webinars and podcasts to support your successful facilitation of Prosci programs.

Internal Delivery Requirement and Purchasing Materials

For completion of Train-the-Trainer, you must facilitate your first Prosci program at your organization. You can teach any of the role-based programs to successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer experience. You can purchase your program training materials as individual sets or through an enterprise license to Prosci’s training content.
