Why did my batch upload fail?
A majority of the issues come from the file itself.
When you fill out your file, it should contain the following information:
*The below example is a user that I want to add Proxima and Research Hub to but is not attending a Certification course.

What if my file is filled out correctly?
1. Go back to your file and check for spaces/extra characters
- E-mails with special characters may not be accepted.
2. Download a new template from the portal and add your users again
3. Save as a CSV-UTF8 to help decrease the likelihood of a space causing an issue.
If Nothing Works:
Reach out to Support@prosci.com attaching the original file that caused the error along with additional information on steps that were taken
