Completing Tasks in the Prework App

Participants of the Practitioner program are to complete prework to maximize the in-program learning experience.

What tasks are required for Prework?

There are six required tasks in prework:

  • Task 1: (10 min) Complete your participant profile 
  • Task 2: (15 min) Select a project and complete the project profile 
  • Task 3: (50 min) Complete the introduction to the 5 Tenets of Change Management
  • Task 4: (15 min) Assess your project health using the PCT Assessment
  • Task 5: (15 min) Read the Finesta Case Study - Part 1
  • Task 6: (15 min) Preview resources

Do I have to complete the prework tasks in order?

The prework tasks build on one another, so Prosci recommends completing them in the order they are listed.

Note: Task 2: Project Profile must be completed before you can complete Task 4: PCT assessment. If you click on Task 4 before completing Task 2, you will be redirected to Task 2 to complete your project profile.
