2024 Product Release Log

    Release 2024.11.21 - New Videos in Knowledge Hub

    Within the Knowledge Hub - Practitioner, we are excited to introduce a new Video Resources section featuring 14 microlearning videos that cover essential concepts and models!

    A recurring theme from our customers is a strong interest in bite-sized refresher resources for key learning concepts:

    • “Quick reminders about key tools to consider using while doing a change initiative - (e.g. 4Ps)”
    • “Revisit some of the tools and when to apply each one in videos or articles.”
    • “Continual mini-teaches as refreshers of the content would be beneficial.”
    • “Offering more bite-sized pieces to get started with.”
    • “More direct step-by-step walk through aids on the portal.”

    By leveraging new video technology, we can significantly enhance our in-practice content and resources. This approach provides practitioners with flexible options to engage with learning materials at their own pace. They can access dynamic content tailored to their specific needs. By combining the advantages of instructor-led programs with high-quality digital resources available through the Prosci Portal, we offer a more flexible and enriching learning experience. This not only deepens understanding but also enhances the application and retention of knowledge in real-world practice.

    Portal Release 2024.11.09

    • Replatformed Portal Homepage to Ruby on Rails with improved performance and maintainability resulting in:

      • Minor design adjustments: Aligned Portal’s interface with our Hub Solution Suite for a more cohesive experience across our products. 
      • Search and Bookmarks Updates: Integrated Global Search and Bookmarks directly into the Portal homepage interface.
      • Updated URLs: Some URL structures changed, including,
          • hub.prosci.com is now portal.prosci.com
          • portal.prosci.com is now admin.prosci.com
        • Translation Updates: Incorporated translations into the Portal interface and other resources.

      • Auto-save function not working across app
      • Manage Plan Types on Blueprints and Plans context panel not accessible when adding a new activity
      • Side-nav icons not loading
