- Select the file(s) you want to upload.

What can I expect after uploading a file?
Once uploaded, Kaiya will extract text from your documents and use it to inform its responses. This makes it easier to get tailored insights, summaries, and support based on the content you've provided.
All files are processed securely with validation steps to protect your data.
How are files used and maintained?
Kaiya is designed with your privacy and data security in mind and the new file upload feature maintains those practices.
- Uploaded files are only accessible within your chat session. They are not shared, used for training, or made available to anyone else
-
File content is used solely to inform Kaiya’s responses in your active conversation and will not be used for training purposes
-
Uploaded files are stored as part of the chat message history. If you delete the chat session, all associated files will also be permanently deleted.
-
Even if a chat session remains, files will be automatically purged from our system after one year.
-
The text content of the conversation may remain, but the file itself will no longer be available or retrievable after that time.
-
Tips for Best Results
-
Use clear, well-formatted documents for better text extraction
-
Combine related files into one message to keep the conversation focused
-
If Kaiya misses something, try rephrasing your question or pointing to a specific file
