User List and User List by Tool:

The "User List" and "User List by Tool" report provides you with a comprehensive list of users linked to your portal environment. The User List by Tool" goes one step further and is organized based on the tools that are currently assigned to their profile.

This report is particularly helpful when you need to add/update existing tools, or when you want to identify users who might be missing certain tools.

Portal Activity:

The "Portal Activity" report shows the specific tools that users are clicking into within the portal and how often.

This information is helpful for reviewing the level of engagement among your users and can help identify any areas that may require attention or improvement

Portal Login Count:

This report shows how frequently users are logging into their account. By filtering the data by date, you can narrow down the information to analyze user login patterns. This report is particularly valuable if you are observing low engagement amongst tools or no engagement at all.

It is important to note that users who have not logged in at all will not appear in this report.

eLearning Tracking: 

The "eLearning Tracking" report provides insight into user progress in completing the eLearning modules. This report displays the completion status in 25% increments and will update after certain tasks are completed.

In some cases, you may notice that a user has completed a module but the progress does not show 100%.  To resolve this, the user will need to go back and select the "Complete" option to ensure that their progress is accurately reflected in the report.
