Localization and Language Settings
Change Practitioners and teams in over 50 countries use the Prosci Hub Solution Suite to manage change within their organizations. We are committed to making the Prosci experience as productive and comfortable as possible for all customers. This includes allowing users to interact with our tools with some localization setting options (language and date format).

How do I change my preferred language setting?
To change your language in the Prosci Hub Solution suite, follow these steps:
- On the Prosci Portal My Resources landing page or within Proxima or Knowledge Hub, in the upper-right corner click on [My Account].
- Select [Edit Profile].
- Find the [Preferred Language] option and choose your preferred language from the drop-down list.
- Click [Submit] at the bottom of the page.
- You will be redirected to the My Resources landing page in the Portal. Click on the tool you would like to view [Proxima or Knowledge Hub]
Please Note: The Preferred Language setting is only applicable to Proxima and Knowledge Hub. The Prosci Portal, Research Hub, Instructor Hub, and all other Prosci Portal resources are available in English only at this time due to translation capabilities and resources.
What products and languages are currently available?
Preferred languages (translated materials and content) is available in Proxima and Knowledge Hub (KH) in a number of different languages. The Prosci Portal, Research Hub, Instructor Hub, and all other Prosci Portal resources are available in English only at this time due to translation capabilities and resources.
- Proxima is available in:
- French (International)
- Spanish (International)
- Portuguese (Brasil)
- Simplified Chinese
- Japanese
- German
- Polish
- Knowledge Hub programs* are available in the following languages:
- French (International)
- Spanish (International)
- Portuguese (Brasil)
- Simplified Chinese
- German
- Japanese
- Polish
*Please note that not all programs in Knowledge Hub are available in multiple languages. If you would like a list of what program resources are available in additional languages, please reach out to Support@prosci.com
Due to capacity and resourcing limitations, you may find that sections of Proxima and some Knowledge Hub programs show English content, even when you have set your preferred language. Additional information about this is provided in the next section.
I've updated my preferred language, but I still see some content in English?
We are working hard to make the entire Prosci experience as localized and comfortable for you as possible. However, you may find some sections that do not show translated content.
- Prosci Portal and Digital Products
At this time, only Proxima and certain programs in Knowledge Hub are available for preferred languages and translations. That means other parts of the digital experience, such as the My Resources page and other tools and products in the Prosci Portal will show in English as translations capability are unavailable. - Knowledge Hub
Translated materials and content will show in Knowledge Hub where available. If unavailable, content or downloadable materials will show in English. Translated content and materials in Knowledge Hub (per program) may be updated as it becomes available, so we recommend checking KH regularly or reaching out to Support@prosci.com with specific requests or questions. - Proxima
Translated content will show where available. If unavailable, it will show in English. As translated content becomes available, we will update the tool to reflect. For more information on preferred languages and translations available in Proxima, please see here.
What date formats are available for Proxima?
The default date format in Proxima is DD-MM-YYYY, however, there are now three options for customized date formats in Proxima:
- MM-DD-YYYY
- DD-MM-YYYY
- YYYY-MM-DD
How do I change my preferred date format setting?
To change your date format in the Proxima, follow these steps:
- On the Prosci Portal My Resources landing page or within Proxima or Knowledge Hub, in the upper-right corner click on [My Account].
- Select [Edit Profile].
- Find the [Preferred Date Format] option and choose your preferred format from the drop-down list.
- Click [Submit] at the bottom of the page.
