Release Comms: Portal Tools Retiring April 25, 2025

After careful thought and consideration, we've made the difficult decision to retire and sunset a number of our legacy Portal tools on April 25, 2025. 

These tools include:

  • ADKAR Dashboard
  • PCT Analyzer
  • Practitioner eToolkit
  • Best Practices Research Audit
  • CMROI Calculator
  • CM Deployment Bundle
  • Portal All Access Bundle

Note: The following tools have already been retired:

  • CMP
  • Pilot Pro
  • ADKAR Audiobook
  • TTT Support Site 

Despite the hard decision to shut down these products, we believe this reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and focusing on solutions that better meet the evolving needs of our customers. While these have served as valuable tools, the usage and value has continued to decline over the past few years. It is time to transition to newer, more effective solutions that take advantage of the latest updates in our methodology and in our technology.

What You Need to Know:

  • New subscriptions and renewals for these tools are no longer available. However, our team is happy to help you explore alternative solutions that may better suit your needs. Please contact us at Support@prosci.com to learn about what options are available. 
  • Current subscription holders: You should have received an email from our Support Team about these changes. As a reminder, access will continue to be available until April 25, 2025 and we recommend exporting any necessary data before access ends. Our Support Team can guide you through this process if you need assistance.
  • Active Organizational License Holders (OCC and ECM):  You should have received notification from your Prosci Account Team about these changes. If you have additional questions or need additional support please connect with your Organizations License Admin or Prosci Account Team. If you are unsure who those contacts are, our Support Team can help (Support@prosci.com). 
  • Data Retention: We will retain data for 1-year following the shut down date should you need to access it. All remaining data will be removed April 2026.
