What is the new Project Dashboard feature in Proxima?
The new Project Dashboard feature in Proxima creates a simple visual dashboard that allows Practitioners to prepare for weekly status meetings and easily report out on change management progress.

What's included in the Project Dashboard?
- PCT Assessment: Displays the most recently completed PCT assessment. As users schedule and complete PCT assessments over the life of the project, the PCT widget of the Dashboard will show how scores have changed between assessments.
- Risk Assessment: Displays the Risk Profile for the overall Risk Assessment.
- Assess Change Impact: Displays a scatter plot of the Impacted Groups degree of impact. Users can click on the dots and review the Change Impact Assessment for that Impacted Group.
- ADKAR Barrier Points: Displays the current ADKAR barrier points for the impacted groups in a bar graph. Hover over the bars to see what Impacted Groups have a barrier point at that ADKAR element.
- Key Impacted Groups: Displays a watch list of up to five impacted groups. Users can select what impacted groups they want to display on this widget, allowing them to tailor the watch list for different audiences.
Can I export the Dashboard?
No, there is no export functionality for the Dashboard at this time.
Can I customize the widgets on the Dashboard (i.e. can I hide a widget or display a different widget?)
No, not at this time.
Can I edit the data directly from the Dashboard?
No, there is not direct editing from the Dashboard, however you can link back to the assessments and templates from the dashboard a few different ways:
- Click on the 3-dot ellipse in the corner of each widget
- The [PCT Assessment] it will take you to the [PCT Assessment (Organizational Performance)] section
- The [Risk Assessment] it will take you to the overall Risk Assessment
- The [Assess Change Impact], [ADKAR Barrier Points] and [Key Impacted Groups] widget will take you to the Impacted Group Summary page.
- Clicking on the Impacted Group dots on the [Assess Change Impact] widget will take you to the [Change Impact Assessment] tab for that Impacted Group
- Clicking on the Impacted Group name link under the [Key Impacted Groups] widget will take you to the [Overview] tab for the Impacted Group.
If you are trying to edit the [Impacted Group] name or [# of People in Group] on the [Key Impacted Groups] widget, you will need to navigate to the [Define Impacted Groups] page using the side-nav.
I've filled out an assessment, but the data isn't showing on the dashboard, why?
In order for the data to display on the dashboard, all assessments (PCT, Risk, Change Impact, ADKAR) need to be marked complete. Be sure to check that you have clicked the [Mark Complete] button for the assessment.
Can I sort the groups under the Key Impacted Groups widget?
No, sorting of Impacted Groups is not available. Groups will show in the order that they are created.
