Prosci eLearning Technical FAQ

Available for: eLearning License holders

In what format will the eLearning files be delivered?

Modules are available by default in both SCORM 2004 (2nd and 4th Editions) and SCORM 1.2.

If needed, AICC, xAPI (a.k.a. TinCan API), and HTML versions are available.

Are Prosci’s eLearning modules compatible with our LMS?

Prosci’s eLearning modules are compatible with virtually all modern learning management systems
(LMSs) and can be provided in any of the above packages to accommodate your specific LMS.

How can we test Prosci’s eLearning to ensure compatibility?

We can provide a test module, which includes all functionality, for you to install and test
on your system.

Which authoring tool was used to develop the modules?

Prosci’s modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360. We also use custom HTML code to enable a downloadable PDF report of the learner’s reflections after module completion.

Note: Articulate Storyline 360 scales to various screen sizes but the best experience is on a larger screen.

How do the modules signal completion or mastery?

Completion of Prosci’s eLearning modules is related to viewing all slides in the module. Learner progress will show as either Completed or Incomplete in the LMS, depending on how much of the module each learner has completed.

What happens with the learner data?

All self-reflection and assessment information input by the learner is stored locally in the learner’s browser cache. Neither Prosci nor the client has the technical ability to access or view this information. The learner may choose to share their downloaded report with others, but that is up to their discretion. Personal Identifiable Information such as username, timestamp, pass/fail, etc. is captured by the customer’s LMS and accessible by the client’s LMS administrator(s).

Can I add my company's logo to the modules?

Prosci branding is currently included in the modules.

Are the modules 508 Compliant?

We currently have two different versions of each module. The accessible versions are now fully 508 compliant, but the user experience is better (definitely faster) in the other versions.
