CM Performance Reports
In Proxima, the CM Performance Reports section provides practitioner with the ability to create performance reports to help track "progress to plan" of the ADKAR Blueprints and Change Management Plans.
How do I schedule or complete a performance progress report(s)?
- Click on [CM Performance Reports] on the side-navigation panel.
- Click on [+ Add Change Management Performance Report]
- Enter a name for the report and choose a completion date
- From here, you can either:
- [Save] to add the report but complete it later
- [Go to Assessment] to fill out a report and [Mark Complete]
- [Save and Create Another] to add a report to complete later and schedule additional future reports
How do I edit or delete a performance progress report?
To edit the report name:
- Click on the 3-dot ellipsis icon in the table.
- Click [Edit] to change the name or date.
- Additionally, you can [Delete] the assessment or [Duplicate] it from this icon.
To edit the report status:
- Click on the report name in the table. This will take you to the report page where you can edit the status results.
- To get back to the CM Performance page, you can click on the [Mark Complete] button which will redirect you back, or use the side-navigation pane.
