How do I save data in Proxima?
- In most areas of Proxima, data will auto-save as you enter it. Proxima is a cloud-based tool and was created with auto-save functionality on each page.
- As data is entered, you will see a [SAVING...] at the top of the page.
- Once the data is successfully autosaved, that indicator will say [SAVED]
What is the purpose of the [Mark Complete] button?
A [Mark Complete] button can be seen on a few different assessments and activities in Proxima. It is not a 'save' button. Rather, it allows a practitioners to track the completion of assessments and templates as they work through a project/change.
Assessments will remain in an "In Progress” status on the list pages and Tracking Calendar, until the practitioner clicks the [Mark Complete] button.
Note: During the Practitioner Program, participants are directed to click the [Mark Complete] button as they complete breakout activities. In some instances, clicking the [Mark Complete] button drives the completion/checkmarks in the [In-Program Guide]. For the full 'completion logic' of the guide, see here.
The date stamp was removed from the [Mark Complete] button on October 13th, 2022.
How can I edit or delete dates in the calendars?
We have made updates to the 'date picker' functionality in Proxima.
- To add dates, click on the 'calendar' icon or on the date column.
- A calendar will display. You can add dates a few different ways:
- Choose the month by clicking on the carrot < > or by clicking the month-year drop down and choosing from the list. Then click on the chosen date.
- Manually enter the date in the text box displayed at the bottom of the calendar box.
- You can remove dates by clicking the [x Clear] button at the bottom of the calendar box.
- For sections in Proxima where multiple dates can be added (ADKAR Milestone Dates and Group ADKAR Milestone Dates):
- Follow the same instructions above to choose the month-year.
- When manually entering a date in the text box, click the [+] to add the date.
- You can remove dates by clicking the [x] next to the dates selected or click [x Clear all] at the bottom of the box.
What date formats are available for Proxima?
There are three options for customized date formats in Proxima:
- MM-DD-YYYY
- DD-MM-YYYY
- YYYY-MM-DD
How do I change my preferred date format setting?
To change your date format in the Prosci Hub Solution suite, follow these steps:
- On the Prosci Portal My Resources landing page or within Proxima or Knowledge Hub, in the upper-right corner click on [My Account].
- Select [Edit Profile].
- Find the [Preferred Date Format] option and choose your preferred format from the drop-down list.
- Click [Submit] at the bottom of the page.
- You will be redirected to the My Resources landing page in the Portal. Click on the tool you would like to view [Proxima or Knowledge Hub].
