Practitioner Program Activity Guide

In the Prosci Practitioner Program, we ask participants to complete a number of application activities in Proxima. The Program Activity Guide provides an easy step-by-step checklist to complete the activities, allowing for participants to make sure they are staying on track with class. Participants also use the links from the guide to direct them to the exact place in Proxima they need to perform the next task for class. 


Do I need to check the box on each step? 

The checkmarks are automatically set to complete in the guide once you perform the necessary action in Proxima. You cannot uncheck them at this time. Reference the Completion Logic below for each question. 


Can I hide the Program Activity Guide? 

At this time, no. Regardless of whether you are using the Guide in program or in practice, the feature is always available.


What are the steps and the actions required to complete them?  

  1. Identify Opportunities to Improve Project Health
    • The link takes users to the PCT Assessments index page. Completion Logic: Clicking the [Mark Complete] triggers the checkmark in the guide. 
  2. Define Impact for Your Project
    • The link takes users to the Impacted Groups page. Completion Logic: When a user adds at least 1 impacted group and begins a Change Impact Assessment and initial ADKAR Assessment, the checkmark will trigger in the guide.  
  3. Complete a Risk Assessment for Your project.
    • The link takes user to the Risk Assessment page. Completion Logic: Clicking the [Mark Complete] triggers the checkmark in the guide.  
  4. Build Your Role Roster.
    • The link takes user to the Roles Roster page. Completion Logic:  When a user adds at least 1 Role with Intials, Impacted Group, Role Definition, Support, and Influence, the checkmark will trigger in the guide.  
  5. Build Your ADKAR Blueprint.
    • The link takes user to the Blueprints and Plans page. Completion Logic:  When a user adds at least 1 activity with an ADKAR Outcome assigned, the checkmark will trigger in the guide.  
  6. Build a Change Management Plan for Your Project.
    • The link takes user to the Blueprints and Plans page. Completion Logic:  When a user adds at least 1 activity with a Plan Type assigned, the checkmark will trigger in the guide.  
  7. Create Activation Tactics for One Role
    • The link takes user to the Role Rosters page. Completion Logic:  When a user adds completes the ADKAR scores and adds information to the [Activation Tactics] section for at least one role, the checkmark will trigger in the guide. 
    Final Note: If a user has followed the 'completion logic' and the checkmark is not showing up, please ask them to refresh the page. We have noticed that sometimes because multiple users are working in the tool and numerous actions are taken place, it can sometimes get stuck and not trigger. Refreshing the page can help retrigger it.
