Release Comms: Changes to Knowledge Hub (March 14, 2025)

What's Changing?

Within Knowledge Hub, we are reorganizing content into two new sections:

• Program Materials: This section will feature program specific resources and materials to support the in-program experience and activities. Under this section you will see a tile for each of our Prosci Training Programs.
• Application Resources: This section will include long-form content, guidance, downloadable resources and bodies of knowledge that support the application of our methodologies, models, and tools. 

What's Not Changing:

We are not introducing any changes to the content within the different Knowledge Hubs, or to the Program structure.

We are simply pulling out the [Welcome] sections from the current Practitioner, Leading Your Teams Through Change, and ECM Boot Camp Knowledge Hubs and moving them to new [Program Material] tiles. The remaining content will stay as is, becoming the [Application Resource] with a new name:

• The current 'Practitioner Program' Knowledge Hub will become the Applying the Prosci Methodology Application Resource, without the [Welcome to the Program] section
• The current 'Leading Your Team Through Change' Knowledge Hub will become the Applying the Change Management Guide for Managers Application Resource without the [Welcome to the Program] section
• The current 'ECM Boot Camp' Knowledge Hub will become the Applying the ECM Roadmap Application Resource without the [Welcome to the Program] section

The other one-day role-based programs (Employee Orientation, Taking Charge of Change, Sponsor Briefing, Integrating Agile, and DPR Workshop) will show under the Program Material section with no changes to the current content or structure.
