Release Comms: New Material Order Form

New Program Material Order Form Launching May 30

On Friday, May 30, we’re launching a new Prosci Program Material Order Form for TTTs, PCAIs, and GAN Partners. As part of this update:

The current order form link on the legacy TTT Support Site will be deactivated and redirected to the new form.
All references to the Order Form across Instructor Hub will be updated to direct users to the new form.

Please plan accordingly and update any saved links or bookmarks.

Improved Customer Experience (CX): The updated order form will be simpler for clients and partners to complete
Improved Employee Experience (EX): Once the order is submitted, it will be automated, reducing our manual labor and duplicate entries.
Transition: The current order form page is externally hosted by a partner that will be sunset this year.

The order contact can use their email initially. This information will populate in the shipping area; if anything needs to be changed, you can enter new information anywhere on the form.

If I have a "special request" where should I enter that information?

For any special requests, please use the "special order instructions" text box in the form.

Please explain the question “Am I planning a future session that will require a facilitator set?”

Select this option if you would like to receive an additional physical set of program training materials for your personal use.
These are complimentary physical materials provided for both in-person and virtual instructor-led (VILT) programs for instructor use. Each set includes an instructor copy of the participant workbook, placemat, research excerpt, and name tent card. For the Practitioner Program it also includes a physical copy of the knowledge checks.
