Roadmap 

This Roadmap feature allows a practitioner to capture key project dates and align ADKAR milestone dates with the project, both at the overall change level and at the impacted group level.  

Complete your Roadmap by: 

1. Click on [Roadmap] from the side-navigation panel. 
2. Under [Key Project Milestone Dates] click on the boxes under the timeframes (Project Kickoff; Go Live/Launch; Outcomes) and choose dates from the calendar.    

If working on an Iterative project, add release dates under [Key Initiative Release Dates]

1. Click [+Add Initiative Release Date] 
2. Add a name and choose a date.
3. You can edit the release name directly in the table. Additionally, you can edit your release dates by clicking on the date under the [Release Date] column of the table and choosing a new date.  
4. You can delete a release by hovering over the name and clicking the [X] that appears.  

 ADKAR Milestone Dates can be added by clicking on the section under [Date] and clicking on dates in the calendar.  

 Group ADKAR Milestone Dates can be added by clicking on the section under the ADKAR element milestones and clicking on dates in the calendar.  

 Note: Multiple dates can be added for the ADKAR Milestone Dates and Group ADKAR Milestone Dates. You can edit or change the dates by:

• Clicking into the calendar and finding the date you would like to edit or delete.
• Go to the month and day (the selected dates will show with a purple box around them). 
• Choose the date shaded in purple that you would like to remove and click on it. This will unselect the date and remove it.  

Do these dates appear anywhere else in Proxima? 

Dates added to the Roadmap will show up in other places of the project, including the Blueprints and Plans page and the Tracking Calendar.
