What We Do

Headquartered in Loveland, Colorado, Prosci’s mission is to help organizations build internal competency to lead change, from top-level executives to front-line employees. Our tagline “Manage Change, Maximize Performance” expresses our intent to empower you to get the most out of your change initiatives by utilizing our results-oriented, research-based methodology. Our unique knowledge transfer model means we do not consult; our goal is to provide you with the tools and training necessary to deploy change management internally, where it is most effective. Of course, if you desire consulting services to complement Prosci offerings, we have a network of consultants who have completed Prosci Certification, many of which are partners through our Global Affiliate Network.
