Scott McAllister is a results-oriented leader with a passion for individual and organizational transformation. With experience living on 3 continents, Scott leads Prosci’s growth efforts by partnering with clients to architect results-driven change management solutions. Scott has spent the last 15 years helping clients initiate transformational change with a combination of strategy, operational excellence and innovation platforms across a broad range of industries, ranging from healthcare and biotech to financial services and telecom.
You’ll often find Scott on the road working with clients or speaking at industry events.
Tim Creasey, Chief Innovation Officer
Tim Creasey’s work forms the foundation of the largest body of knowledge in the world on managing the people side of change to deliver organizational results. Tim has led Prosci’s research efforts for over a decade and has developed the industry “best practices” set of tools and templates used in change management for setting the foundation, building organizational capabilities, analyzing and managing the impact of the change, and delivering sustainability. He coauthored “Change Management: the People Side of Change” and has contributed chapters to leading Organization Development and Project Management textbooks.
You’ll often find Tim speaking at conferences, sharing thought leadership on webinars or busy developing another new idea to make change more manageable.
Michelle Haggerty, Senior Vice President of Operations
Michelle has been with Prosci for over seven years and specializes in helping organizations around the world realize their intended results from small incremental changes to large, transformative changes through the application of change management. Michelle’s main focus in helping client organizations realize success is through knowledge transfer. Michelle leads the strategic direction of Prosci’s training offerings and oversight of delivery quality.
You’ll often find Michelle providing insight and leadership to many different divisions of Prosci, balancing customer experience with operational excellence
Mark Dorsett, Vice President of Global Business and Strategic Partnerships
Mark Dorsett has over 25 years of experience as a global business leader, influencer, and corporate executive. He currently has responsibility for Prosci’s global business and strategic partnerships. In this capacity, he interacts with organizations across the globe and focuses on finding ways to help them achieve greater value from their initiatives. During his tenure at Prosci he has worked with partners and companies across more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and ASEAN.
You’ll often find Mark interacting with clients and partners around the globe to help them achieve greater results by applying change management.
Dave Ansari, Vice President of Finance
Dave joined Prosci in 2013 and currently leads the finance organization. He brings 25+ years of leadership and value creation from a variety of industries and organizations. Dave holds an MBA with an international business emphasis, coupled with a degree in accounting. He brings big picture entrepreneurial approach and technical expertise to the Prosci team.
You’ll often find Dave engaging and encouraging team members on the softer, non-financial components of Prosci’s business.
