Joelle Goodwin is a Senior Account Manager with six years of experience enabling enterprise clients with customized change management programs and solutions. Her passion is to help clients navigate the right change solution that fits their culture, budget and needs, ultimately driving client success with change maturity. Previously, she held roles supported Prosci program attendees in the classroom as a subject matter expert on the Prosci Methodology and all role-based training.
