Michael Triolo-Sapp is the Global Change Management Lead for Matthews International. Bringing more than two decades of change leadership experience to his role, he is passionate about supporting people through their individual transitions while helping organizations meet their goals. Michael has led a variety of successful transformational changes, from post-merger integrations and computer system rollouts to organizational restructuring and CMO creation. He is a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (PCAI) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a master’s degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School.
