What is the Charities Capability Fund (CCF) Training Grant?
The CCF Training Grant aims to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, governance and management capabilities of the exempt, registered charities and Institutions of a Singapore Public Character (IPCs). Prosci is pleased to offer this to participants from qualifying Singapore charities and IPCs.
The following Singapore Prosci program (in-person delivery only) is eligible for CCF Training Grant:
Prosci Change Management Certification Program
How to Qualify:
- Participant’s designation is related to training
- Participants reside in Singapore and are Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit holders must have at least one year of remaining on EP/SP/Work Permit validity at the point of application
- SSA supports participant for the training.
CCF Specific Application Critieria:
- At least 0.5 years of service with an official designation in the Singapore Charity/IPC organisation.
- Participants must be from a Singapore exempt, registered charity and IPCs. Visit the Charity Portal www.charities.gov.sg to check on the charity status of the organisation.
Once enrolment on TPGateway is successful
- Charity/IPC can register on Prosci's website for the in-person Prosci Change Management Program in the Singapore time zone.
- Prosci Singapore will collect the net course fee from Charity/IPC
Program Requirements
- Participants must take attendance via the digital attendance-taking mode on Singpass
- Ensure that 100% attendance is met to be successfully certified
- A Prosci Singapore team member will be in touch after the programme, requesting participants to complete an NCSS Training Evaluation Form

Reimbursement of Course Fees
Funding will be disbursed upon the completion of the course and receipt of the following supporting documents:
- Certified true copy of the training provider's invoice
- Completed Course Evaluation Form
- Photocopy of Certificate of Attendance
