What is SkillsFuture Credit?
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. To achieve this goal, all Singapore Citizens (SC) aged 25 and above will receive an opening SkillsFuture Credit of S$500 since 2015.
Currently only the Prosci Change Management Certification Program (in-person delivery) is eligible for Skills Future credit deduction.
Please note, the SGD 4,000 top up of the mid-career credits from 1 May 2024, as part of the SkillsFuture level-up programme, is not eligible for the Prosci Change Management Certification Program.
Any claims for Skills Future Credit must be done within 60 days before the course start date, on the MySkillsFuture portal.
How to register and submit SkillsFuture Credit Claims
- Submit your interest in the form on this page and check the SkillsFuture Credit option.
- Register yourself on the Prosci Change Management Certification Program. Note to select payment option 'payment via invoice'. We will issue you with an e-invoice to submit on the SkillsFuture portal.
- Visit our program here on the SkillsFuture portal and click on 'e-services' in the top right hand corner to 'check and claim SkillsFuture credit'.
- Once you’ve submitted the request to claim your SkillsFuture credits and we have received it, we will revise the original e-invoice that was sent across to you, to reflect the final course fees after deduction of SkillsFuture credits.
- Make payment via the revised e-invoice by clicking on the online payment link at the bottom left-hand corner of the invoice, to confirm your seat for the program.
