The ECM Boot Camp is designed for change leaders who are responsible for building change capability in their division or organization. Past participants have found it most helpful to attend with a small team from their organization.

The program is particularly relevant for:

If you are responsible for building change capability in your organization, the Enterprise Change Management (ECM™) Boot Camp will kick start your journey by helping you understand your current state, define your future state and lay a path forward to reach your organization’s capability goals. You will be equipped with tools and a framework to take back with you in order to plan and execute a strategy that is informed by best practices.

Building an enterprise change management capability requires a clear understanding of current levels of organizational capability, a clearly-defined future vision and a holistic strategy to reach desired level of capability. Research in change management capability reveals that growing change maturity is most successful when it is treated as an initiative: with sponsorship, dedicated project and change managers and a strategy that encompasses the technical and people sides of change.
