Hello! You are viewing this site in English language. Is this correct?
Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship for one of Prosci’s change management training programs. Please review the information below thoroughly to understand program details, selection criteria, and other important information before submitting your application.
To support the work of for-impact organizations that seek to create more diverse, inclusive or equitable communities by effecting community change, Prosci offers several competitive scholarships to attend our open-enrollment, virtual (online) change management training programs. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must be currently employed by a for-impact organization (e.g., a nonprofit or social enterprise). You must also intend to actively apply the methodology learned in support of the organization's initiative seeking to create positive equitable outcomes for one or more marginalized communities. We encourage as many applicants as possible to apply. However, preference will be given to 1) participants who would not otherwise be able to attend the program without the aid of our scholarship and 2) participants who are employed by organizations that primarily serve or are led by equity-deserving communities.
Scholarship funds must be used towards Prosci’s virtual, instructor-led, open-enrollment offerings of the following programs:
Scholarship funds cannot be used toward in-person offerings of the above programs, or any other Prosci programs. Receiving a scholarship award does not remove the need to satisfy prerequisites for the selected program.
**If you are applying for a scholarship to the Change Management Certification Program, the participant attending the program will need to bring a project to work on during the program. What makes a good change management project? A well-defined project that is not too large in scope is ideal. The participant will need to know details about why the organization has decided to pursue this change, what the project objectives and organizational benefits are, who is sponsoring the change, and what groups across the organization will be impacted by the change. Having familiarity with general project details (e.g., timeline, scope, etc.) is helpful. This can be a past, present or future project.
Full and partial scholarship options are available. In the spirit of providing support to those who need it most, we ask that you represent your organization’s true need as you select the most appropriate scholarship option. To be accepted, all scholarship applications must be endorsed by a senior leader within the organization (if different from the person completing the application). You will receive confirmation of scholarship award or denial from the Scholarship Committee within five business days following the decision deadline. Scholarship funds are awarded to the recipient organization in the form of a one-time discount code to be applied to the training program of choice at time of registration. All scholarship funds must be used within six months of the award date.
