In consideration for participating in Prosci’s program (the “Event”) and to the greatest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participating in the Event known or unknown, including but not limited to, injury and/or death, and you hereby release Prosci, Inc., its employees, consultants, insurance carriers, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability and/or claims that you may be entitled to bring on your own behalf that arise from participation in the Event, including claims based on negligence or breach of warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, including those of a third party, and to not make claims or file any actions against any of the Released Parties arising in whole or in part from participation in the Event. You further agree to pay all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by any Released Party in defending a claim or suit brought by you or on your behalf. You understand that participating in any additional activities beyond the Event is voluntary and that your change management certification is not contingent upon participation in any such activity.
If cancellation/transferring notice is received after payment for training is received the program fee is non-refundable and can be transferred to a subsequent session ($620 change fee) within a year.
If cancellation/transferring notice is received 14 calendar days or less before the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable, and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session, with a 50% invoice issued and paid before confirmation of your new date. Your new program date must fall within eight (8) weeks of your original session. No further program moves will be allowed.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent to Prosci electronically at register_anz@prosci.com.
Prosci reserves the right to alter, change or cancel your program date with limited notice.
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled session due to illness or mandatory isolation restrictions, Prosci requires a medical certificate issued by your Medical Practitioner. Please promptly email a copy of the certificate to register_anz@prosci.com. Following receipt of your medical certificate, you must reschedule to a new session within 14 days of your Medical Practitioner stating you can attend. Please be advised that no further transfers will be permitted beyond this timeframe.
You will be subject to the Cancellation and Transfer policy if you cannot provide medical proof for your non-attendance.
Price Discounts
The only price discount Prosci provides is the Team Discount for the 3-day Certification Program, which is applicable for groups of 2-4 people registering simultaneously for the same program. Each person on the team will receive a $500 discount. You can apply this discount one of two ways:

Discount Codes
If Prosci has issued you with a discount code (i.e., a one-off special offer), you must make use of this code at the time of registration at the checkout stage. Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field of the payment section. Please use the discount code at the checkout to avoid a forfeit of the discount. Discount Codes do not apply retrospectively. Prosci reserves the right to accept, change, discontinue, or cancel discount codes with limited notice.
Payment Obligations
By engaging in any transaction with Prosci, you agree to adhere to the following financial obligations: Payment for goods or services rendered must be made within the agreed-upon terms, as specified in the invoice or contract. In the event of non-payment or default, the client agrees to cover all costs associated with debt collection, including but not limited to legal fees and court expenses. Prosci reserves the right to suspend services or withhold delivery of goods until outstanding payments are settled. Furthermore, any disputes regarding billing or charges must be communicated in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, after which the charges will be considered final and binding. Your continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of these financial obligation terms and conditions.
Currency
Our pricing structure depends on your location. We are required to invoice you based on where you are sitting the session (virtual or in-person):
GST
In-Person Sessions:
For New Zealand Customers: Prosci is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in New Zealand .15% GST is already included in the listed price for services delivered in New Zealand.
For Australian Customers: Prosci is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia. 10% GST is already included in the listed price for services delivered in Australia.
For Customers Outside of Australia and New Zealand: You may be eligible for a GST-free invoice if your company is registered for GST/VAT in your home country. Please contact us at register_anz@prosci.com before making a payment to request a GST-free invoice in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer. Full payment information will be provided at the time of registration via invoice.
Purchase Order Payment Policy:
Prosci requires full payment to be received at least 7 days before the starting date of any program to secure placement. We reserve the right to decline Purchase Orders as payment prior to the program commencement date.

Please note that until full payment is received, access to Prosci Tools will be disabled from the Prosci Portal after the completion of the program.
Split Invoices
We make no accommodations for split invoices. Please ensure your registration covers those able to attend on the selected date only.
Split Payments
We accept payment using a credit card and EFT for the one invoice. We allow for a maximum of two transactions.
Payment in Instalments
Prosci allows payment of invoices in two instalments; you can choose the amount you wish to pay in each instalment. Your seat in the program is only confirmed once you have settled 100% of your invoice.
By registering for this program, you agree that Prosci may contact you with information and marketing material at the email you have provided. You may unsubscribe from email communication at any time. Please refer to Prosci’s privacy policy below for further information, including information on how to no longer receive emails from Prosci.
Know your data privacy rights. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your consent to Prosci’s collection and use of all information you provide to Prosci in accordance with Prosci’s privacy policy, located at www.prosci.com/privacy-policy.
You may obtain a refund or exchange for any bookstore product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in good condition and include a receipt.
To return your product/s, advise us at bookstore@prosci.com and post your product/s to: Prosci, Building 1, Suite 5.01 Level 5, 191 O’Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable postage service or purchase postal insurance. Please do not send your product to Prosci Inc. in the USA.
Your refund will be processed within 10 days and your refund will be applied to your credit card or via EFT into your bank account, whichever was the original method of purchase.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, free of charge. Contact us at bookstore@prosci.com and post your product/s to: Building 1, Suite 5.01 Level 5, 191 O’Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. We will cover the cost of the postage for the replacement item/s.
If you haven’t received an order, please contact us at bookstore@prosci.com. If we cannot locate the item within 14 days, we will replace it free of charge.
