Paul is a Prosci Executive Instructor and seasoned change practitioner with 20 years of experience across FMCG, media, public relations, creative and public service organizations. His background includes roles in innovation, business development, strategic alliances and relationship management. Passionate about driving successful change, Paul has elevated transformation outcomes in more than 50 organizations, equipping them with robust change management strategies, organizational development frameworks, and senior leadership coaching in effective change and sponsorship. Beyond program facilitation and building organizational change capability, Paul established and leads Singapore's first and only change management community of practice. He holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications.
