Pre-Work Requirements

The pre-work for this program requires a significant investment of your time and energy, setting you up to be an active and confident program participant. You need to complete a comprehensive literature review, which includes twelve major works* in the change management canon.

*You will need to purchase these texts on your own, which can range from $100 to $200.

Prerequisites

To participate in this program, you must:

  • Have attended the Prosci Change Management Certification Program
  • Have applied the Prosci methodology to at least one change project (preferably multiple projects)
  • Pass a program entrance exam (which we'll send you once you apply)
  • Complete the pre-work requirements (below)
