This program is designed for experienced change professionals who have applied change management on many different types of projects with varying degrees of complexity. You must have completed the Change Management Certification program. 

Attendees must complete the following prerequisites:

  • Have attend the Prosci Change Management Certification Program
  • Apply the Prosci methodology to at least one change project, preferably multiple projects
  • Have Change Management application experience
  • Pass a program entrance exam - this will be sent to you after registration

Pre-Work Requirements

The Experienced Practitioner Program has extensive pre-work that requires an investment of time and energy, and will prepare you to be an active and valuable participant of the program.  Participants are required to complete a comprehensive literature review before the program, which includes twelve major works in change management.

Note: Participants are required to purchase these texts on their own, which can range from $100 - $200.

Overview

The Prosci Experienced Practitioner Program enables experienced change management practitioners to develop an enhanced perspective on how to best adapt change management within their organization. The program provides an opportunity to collaborate with and learn from other seasoned change practitioners as you analyze case studies, assess complex change scenarios and explore the seminal change management literature. Prosci provides the research-based framework, tools and facilitation while you learn from peers about techniques and tactics for overcoming change management barriers. Be prepared to apply new thinking and tactics to your change management work after this three-day intensive program.

  • Prepare a presentation reviewing and comparing two different approaches to change management
  • Remove the assumptions commonly applied to practitioner-level training and discuss strategies for tackling advanced change management topics, including:
